Columbia Engineering, Inc., located in Columbia, MD, provides a variety of design and consulting services.  In addition to acting as structural consultants to architects, developers, and contractors for the design of new structures, Columbia Engineering, Inc., provides services such as structural investigations, expert witness testimony, feasibility studies and construction phase field inspections of structural systems.

Columbia Engineering, Inc. (CEI) is a fully certified MBE firm (DOT MBE #98-013) established in 1995.  In 1998, CEI merged with AMN Engineers, a local company founded in 1958.  Currently, CEI has engineers registered in 10 states and the District of Columbia.
