This project
consists of the design, shop drawing review, and construction administration
services for a one-story library containing 30,000 square feet. The building
structure is composed of metal deck over open web joists supported by joist
girders and beams which bear on steel columns founded on shallow spread
footings. The exterior building walls are composed of non-bearing metal studs
faced with architectural metal panels and masonry veneer.
