Paul "Jocko" Nickolaus is a professional engineer with 42 years of experience, of which 40 were spent with AMN Engineers and CEI. Over the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Nickolaus successfully completed the design of many concrete, steel, masonry, and timber structures, performed frequent field inspections, analyzed numerous buildings for code compliance, and provided expert witness testimony in court. He also spent a portion of his career as a consultant to the U.S. Department of State, and traveled worldwide as an engineer responsible for the review and investigation of the structural integrity of U.S. Embassy buildings.
